Key Responsibilities
* Research planning (15%): Collaborate with product and business teams to define objectives, plan research sprints, select methods, set goals, and recruit users.
* Conducting research (40%): Lead user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to understand customer interactions, uncover friction points, unmet needs, and moments of delight. Explore full user journeys in real-world scenarios.
* Analysis and synthesis (30%): Analyze data to find patterns and insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations using tools like Confluence and Dovetail.
* Present insights (15%): Share findings clearly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders through reports, visuals, or presentations.

What You’ll Need
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for data interpretation.
* Excellent communication skills to convey findings clearly.
* At least 4 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
* Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Amplitude.
* Attention to detail and unbiased customer feedback interpretation.
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
* Strong organizational skills for planning and documenting research.
* Influencing skills across topics and teams.
