We are seeking passionate and ambitious graduates for our 2025 Business Graduate Programme in Milton Keynes. This programme offers the opportunity to be part of a team that values excellence, collaboration, and innovation, shaping the future of the industry.


About The Programme

Your NHBC journey begins with an immersive induction, followed by diverse 6-month rotational placements across our Claims, Finance, Standards Innovation & Research, and Commercial Services teams. After completing these rotations over two years, you'll be prepared to step into an exciting role in one of the following areas:

* Business Support and Improvement
* Claims
* Corporate Strategy
* Customer Services
* Standards, Innovation and Research
* Underwriting


Who We Are Looking For

* Recent graduates passionate about the insurance and housing industries
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A proactive and adaptable mindset


Education And Qualifications

* Degree qualification or equivalent
