What You'll Do
* Manage and resolve support tickets
* Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed
* Guide users through features and best practices
* Collaborate with product and dev teams to improve the platform
* Maintain clear and helpful support documentation
What You'll Bring
* Experience in B2B software or customer support
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing tools
* A proactive, hands-on attitude
* Bonus: accounting or SaaS experience
