Application Requirements
* On track to achieve a minimum 2:1 University Degree in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths)
* Interest in building a career as a low‑code applications developer on an Enterprise Applications Development Platform; no coding experience required, but knowledge of coding languages may be beneficial
* Right to work in the UK without sponsorship for the duration of the programme
* Commuting distance to Bridgend and willingness to be on site at least three days a week

About the Role
You will work on our client’s Product Engineering team as a Pega Applications Developer. Pega is a low‑code platform that enables rapid design, build, and deployment of workflow and AI‑driven applications without coding.
Successful candidates will potentially transition to full‑time employment with the client after programme completion.
Day‑To‑Day Responsibilities
* Gather business requirements from senior stakeholders and translate them into user stories.
* Collaborate with agile project teams, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, Testers, and Product Owners.
* Develop Pega workflows across various business lines such as Underwriting, London Market, Trade Credit, and Financial Lines.
* Work on Business Process Management and Workflow Management systems.
* Pursue Pega qualifications through structured training provided by the client.
