Group/Division The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Purpose of the role Spares planners are responsible for planning and managing Spare Parts for customers and contracts across KLA global network for SPTS semiconductor tools in the field. Managing Global inventory, reviewing and adjusting stocking levels according to demand and customer contract needs. Hybrid role - 3 days in office following initial onsite training period Your day to day responsibilities will include: Managing the inventory and supply chain of service parts for semiconductor equipment Forecasting demand and manage spare parts planning activities to ensure optimal stock level Coordinating with global operations to ensure timely delivery of parts. Analysing data to identify trends and improve inventory management processes. Daily checking of due dates of parts for Field Service Orders, Customer Sales Order and Safety Stock for local depots in Countries and Regions globally. Working in a cross functional environment with multiple organisations (both local and global) Working in collaboration with other departments in the organisation such as manufacturing, finance, engineering, purchasing etc. Regularly tracking, following up, and analysing Global Service Supply Planning KPIs using Excel and BI tools.
