Salary: Up to £34,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We’re working with an exciting and fast-growing specialty coffee business that’s on a mission to redefine the coffee experience. With a strong focus on quality, community, and bold innovation, this brand is looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead their team and bring exceptional coffee to life every day.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience in every cup.
* Oversee daily operations — from espresso quality and customer service to team performance and store presentation.
* Drive sales and profitability through strong leadership, efficient systems, and operational excellence.
* Manage stock, rota planning, and store costs to ensure smooth, efficient performance.
* Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, food safety, and operational standards.
* Inspire a culture of passion, energy, and creativity — reflecting the brand’s mission to make great coffee accessible and exciting.
* Act as a brand ambassador, cultivating strong local relationships and championing sustainability and ethical sourcing.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous management experience in a fast‑paced coffee shop or QSR environment.
* A genuine passion for specialty coffee and customer experience.
* Strong leadership and communication skills — able to inspire and develop a high‑performing team.
* Commercially savvy, with the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities for growth.
* Organised, proactive, and hands‑on in every aspect of the business.
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to grow with a dynamic, forward‑thinking brand.
