Logistics OperativeCrick | Permanent | Site-based The Role:We are looking for a Logistics Operative to join our busy Logistics team based in Crick, Northamptonshire. The main purpose of the role is to ensure processes are followed within the warehouse to ensure products are receipted in, stored and despatched to the agreed standards and loading plans whilst keeping our colleagues safe.On Offer:Hourly salary of £14.50 per hour plus £1.28 per hour shift allowance (£15.78)Late shift

FridayPaid monthlyThe role will involve:Supply the production departments with raw and packaging materials in order to maintain a continuous production programmeLocate all finished goods from production areas into the Warehouse for storage until despatchUnload as and when required all incoming vehicles and rack away the materials following acceptance and GRN generationPick and assemble loads ready for dispatch. Load outgoing vehicles with finished goods as detailed on the loading despatch paperworkWork in a safe manner at all times ensuring the safety of myself and colleagues. Follow health and safety policies and procedures at all times and raise any health and safety concerns through the appropriate channels.Maintain principles of stock rotation through FIFO techniqueEnsure FLT fleet is fit for purpose through completing starter documentation and reporting damage to FLTs and plant damage by following the appropriate procedure.Undertake training and assist with the training of other colleagues when required.
