As our Engagement & Wellbeing Assistant, you’ll be the engine behind our team’s success — managing our HR and Organisational Development intranet and Microsoft SharePoint pages, supporting events, and helping us communicate with clarity and heart to our colleagues. If you’re organised, proactive, and love making things happen, this is your moment.
What you’ll do:
* Manage and update HR and Organisational Development intranet content and our SharePoint pages
* Support employee health and wellbeing and employee engagement events across the council
* Create and circulate internal communications and promotional materials
* Maintain databases and track insights
* Provide administrative and creative support to the team
* Live our guiding principles: we are helpful, we are open-minded, we deliver positive outcomes
What you’ll bring:
* Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools
* A flair for organising, communicating, and collaborating
* Have a growth mindset to develop and upskill yourself and others
