We’re looking for an organised, proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales and operations teams. This hands on role combines order processing, customer service, and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock control and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders and manage enquiries
* Maintain stock accuracy, conduct regular stock takes, and manage stock movements
* Produce sales, stock, and performance reports
* Liaise with customers, internal teams, and warehouse to resolve issues
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in sales administration, order processing, or operations support
* Proficient with ERP/inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Hands-on, proactive, and team-oriented
Days and Hours
* Monday to Thursday 09:30-16:30
