Marketing Manager
Salary: £50-60k | Location: London (London, 4 days in-office)
A fast-growing B2B research tech startup is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead brand, content, and marketing operations. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone experienced in end-to-end marketing in startup or scale-up environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own brand identity, messaging, and content across all channels.
* Manage website, SEO, and collaborate with external agencies.
* Grow and engage social media communities (LinkedIn & Instagram).
* Plan and execute events that generate leads and build visibility.
* Support product marketing and AI product launches.
* Generate ~30 marketing-qualified leads per quarter.
* Track, report, and optimise marketing performance.
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years B2B marketing experience, ideally in startups or scale-ups.
2. Experience with content, social media, website management, and events.
3. Comfortable working independently and managing external agencies.
4. Strong written, creative, and project-management skills.
