Complex Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Class 1 Drivers for a variety of ongoing and immediate-start contracts based in Maidstone. The role involves trailer swaps and store delivery work, covering chilled, frozen, and ambient goods.

Your responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver:
Carrying out trailer swaps and store delivery work (chilled/frozen/ambient)
Completing and checking all delivery paperwork
Complying with internal company processes and policies
Representing the business professionally during customer interactions
Conducting daily vehicle checks and maintaining vehicle standards
Following all UK driving laws, tachograph regulations, and working time directives
About the Class 1 Driver within you:
Must hold a valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Minimum 1 year Class 1 UK driving experience
Must have driven at least 180 days in the last 2 years in the UK
No more than 6 minor points on licence
Must pass Working Time & Highway Code tests
Willing to undertake a drug and alcohol test
Able to pass a manual and written assessment
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English)
Able to handle queries professionally when dealing with clients
Works well independently and as part of a team
Flexible, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards
Strong understanding of time-critical, fast-paced delivery operations
