Job Description
Working closely with the Curated Experience Manager, you'll assist in planning, setting up, hosting, and coordinating a wide range of activations.
From managing bookings and communications to greeting guests and overseeing safe event delivery, you’ll ensure each experience is memorable and engaging.

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, set up and deliver on-campus events and activations
2. Manage event space bookings using the Condeco system
3. Support vendor onboarding into the campus marketplace
4. Promote events via internal channels and social media
5. Gather and share feedback from colleagues, guests and vendors
6. Carry out daily site checks and report maintenance issues
7. Ensure a high standard of delivery and a safe event environment
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
8. Some experience in event management or as an events assistant
9. A hands-on, can-do attitude with a proactive approach
10. Ability to plan and manage your own events independently
11. Confident in working with internal teams and external vendors
12. Comfortable using booking systems like Condeco (or willing to learn)
13. Strong communication and customer service skills
14. Organised, detail-focused and calm under pressure
