The Head of Commercial Delivery - Savings plays a critical role in making this happen. This role is responsible for the successful execution of initiatives required to deliver the Group’s Savings Strategy. The role reports into Group Savings Director and will work alongside the Head of Saving Propositions and Head of Savings Product to drive sustainable growth and profitability across our savings portfolio, translating strategic intent into operational reality and ensuring commercial, customer and financial outcomes are fully realised. The role can be based from Wolverhampton, Chatham or London will require travel between all OSB Group locations. As Head of Commercial Delivery - Savings, you will ensure the effective execution of commercial and proposition initiatives across the savings portfolio, embedding changes operationally and driving the full realisation of expected customer and financial outcomes. Leveraging your strong stakeholder engagement skills, you will work in close partnership with Proposition and Risk teams to balance growth ambitions with credit risk appetite, providing clear leadership across delivery governance and reporting. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing go-to-market execution for new and amended savings products (excluding pricing), ensuring full readiness across systems, processes, governance and distribution channels Owning and maintaining the Savings Strategy, keeping it current and responsive to market, regulatory and economic conditions Monitoring external market and regulatory factors, adapting delivery plans to optimise opportunities and mitigate headwinds. Managing the commercial impact of regulatory and market change, providing clear recommendations to SLT where savings plan impacts arise. Acting as the key interface between Savings Product teams and Product Owners, ensuring delivery roadmaps align to strategic priorities and customer journeys. Analysing portfolio performance to identify growth and margin opportunities and leading post-launch performance reviews, identifying and implementing enhancements to improve outcomes. We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below: Strong background in savings, ideally within a commercial, change or delivery leadership role with detailed knowledge of FCA regulation and Consumer Duty within a regulated financial services environment Proven experience working in an Agile environment across multiple functions (product, pricing, marketing, technology and operations), connecting strategy to execution at pace. Previous experience developing or delivering new technology platforms. Excellent communication with advanced cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
