We're looking for Social Media Managers at every level to join our rapidly growing agency, founded by Chris Donnelly, Nader Alnajjar, and Thomas Pearce.
We manage the personal brands of some of the most interesting founders in the world - across LinkedIn, newsletters, and Instagram.
We're looking for the right person, not the right CV. Whether you're just starting out or ready to lead an entire book of business, if you're passionate about personal branding, we want to hear from you.
Below, you'll find what unites every level of this role, followed by a breakdown of each individual position.
About The Role
At every level, our Brand Managers are responsible for helping entrepreneurs, CEOs, and founders build and scale their personal brands. What changes between levels is the scope of ownership, strategic depth, and leadership responsibility.
Core Responsibilities (All Levels)
Content Strategy & Quality: Setting content direction, reviewing work, and ensuring every piece published aligns with the client's brand strategy and voice.
Client Relationship Management: Acting as a trusted partner to clients – understanding their goals, communicating clearly, and delivering results they can see.
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn's algorithm, content formats, and engagement patterns. You understand why certain content performs and can predict what will resonate.
Analytical Thinking: Using data to inform decisions, spotting trends across your portfolio, and translating insights into action.
Critical & Analytical Thinking: We need thinkers. People who question assumptions, interrogate data, and don't just accept things at face value. You should be the kind of person who asks "why is this working?" just as often as "why isn't this working?" – and uses the answer to make smarter decisions for your clients.
Willingness to Learn & Adapt: We're growing fast. New tools, new platforms, new services – things move quickly here. You're not someone who clings to "how we've always done it." You're excited by new technology, eager to experiment, and ready to pick up new skills as the agency evolves. If something better comes along, you want to be the first to figure it out.
What Makes a Great Brand Manager at Lever
Exceptional writing & voice-matching: You don't just write well – you can effortlessly match different voices and turn a rough idea into a stunning piece of content,
Independent decision‑making: You don't need approval for every tactical move. You understand strategy well enough to make judgment calls that keep clients happy and work moving forward.
Calm under pressure: When a client is unhappy, a launch goes sideways, or everything needs to happen at once, you stay calm and fix it.
Proactive thinking: You're not just executing this week's content – you're thinking about quarterly goals, spotting risks, and bringing solutions before anyone asks.
About Us
Lever Brands is a rapidly growing agency co‑founded by Chris Donnelly, Nader Alnajjar, and Thomas Pearce, with a mission to help entrepreneurs, CEOs, and founders build and scale their personal brands.
Chris Donnelly is a serial entrepreneur who built Verb Brands (a leading luxury digital marketing agency) and Lottie.org (a care‑tech company that scaled to 100 employees in three years).
Nader Alnajjar helped grow Chris's personal brand from 10,000 to millions of followers before co‑founded LeverBrands with Thomas Pearce.
Our Mission
Business: We're selective about who we work with – and that's by design. We don't take on everyone who comes to us. We choose founders we genuinely believe in, people doing exceptional work who we want to go on a journey with. Quality over quantity, always. We don't want clients – we want partners. When we work with someone, we're all in on their success, and we expect the same in return.
Culture: Our #1 priority is our team. We hire for passion and attitude over experience and CVs. When you join Lever, you're not filling a role – you're becoming part of a team where everyone genuinely helps each other. We share knowledge, pick each other up on tough days, celebrate wins together, and push each other to be better. If you're the kind of person who sees a teammate struggling and jumps in without being asked, you'll fit right in.
Giving Back: We want to do good in the world – both through the clients we choose to work with and through our own initiatives. We believe that the founders we help have the power to create real, positive change, and we take that seriously. As we grow, so does our ability to give back, and we're committed to building that into the fabric of how we operate.
