* Support day-to-day office operations, including document control, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records
* Prepare and manage documents such as contracts, purchase orders, timesheets, reports, and general correspondence
* Assist with finance administration tasks, including:
o Processing invoices
o Raising purchase orders
o Supporting cost tracking
o Assisting with month-end reporting under guidance
* Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and external contacts
* Handle information confidentially and professionally
