Responsibilities
* Our Energy & Power Sales Operations Team has an immediate need for an experienced and ambitious Proposal Manager to lead some of our largest opportunities within the UK and Ireland.
* We have a significant existing pipeline of opportunities, and we are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised, resilient and passionate about winning work.
Qualifications
* Current or previous experience as a Proposal Manager or Senior Proposal Coordinator is essential.
* The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead successful teams on multi-disciplinary projects, think strategically, and challenge constructively.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, excellent writing ability, and the drive to inspire others and deliver change are essential. This is a great opportunity to apply your operational knowledge in a new context and bring valuable learning back into your core team.
