We are currently recruiting compassionate, patient, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support schools and specialist provisions across Huddersfield.

Job Description:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs, including:
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* ADHD
* Speech & Language Needs
* Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
* Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
* Behavioural needs
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing one-to-one and small group support
* Supporting students inside and outside of the classroom
* Assisting with differentiated learning activities
* Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
* Building strong, supportive relationships with students
* Supporting students with communication, social interaction, and engagement
* Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
* Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion at all times
