Job Overview
This is a full-time position for a Directorate Support Manager in the Gynaecology Directorate. Responsibilities include supporting policy development, business planning, service development, and performance management, including RTT, cancer, patient flow, sickness & absence, quality, and activity targets. You will undertake specific projects, monitor theatre and outpatient capacity, assist in complaint investigations, and support the department's smooth operation.
Additional duties involve providing updates on sickness & absence, ensuring mandatory training compliance, managing on-call rotas, producing business plans, supporting RTT and cancer performance validation, and participating in related meetings. You will also support capacity planning and escalation of issues.
