I’m currently working with a well established and fast growing construction and fit-out company that’s looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join their team.

The Role:
As Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of the business - ensuring everything behind the scenes is organised, efficient, and running like clockwork. You’ll support senior leadership, project teams, and site staff, while also managing general office operations and administration.
Your day to day will include:

Overseeing the smooth running of the office and supporting daily business operations

Assisting project teams with documentation, compliance, and reporting
*
Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
*
Coordinating subcontractor and supplier communications
*
Supporting HR admin - onboarding, timesheets, holiday tracking
*
Assisting with invoicing, expenses, and payment tracking
*
Handling internal documentation and ensuring files are up to date and compliant
*
Supporting marketing or bid submissions when needed
*
Acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as an Office Manager or Administrator in a construction or fit-out business (essential)
*
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
*
Excellent communication - both written and verbal
*
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems
*
A proactive attitude - someone who takes ownership and solves problems
*
Familiarity with construction processes, project documentation, or compliance requirements
*
Experience with tools like Xero, Sage, or project software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is a bonus
