We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Bricklayer to join our Voids Team on a full-time, permanent basis. We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with bricklaying as their core trade, as this will be the main focus of the role. Especially on void property refurbishmentsExperience in other trades is a definite bonus, as you’ll also support wider works across the team.If you’re a qualified bricklayer or have significant experience and take pride in delivering high-quality work that makes a real difference, we’d love to hear from you!
Overview
What are the pay and benefits?
* The salary is £32,512 for a 40 hour full time permanent position.
* Our Pobl Repairs Team covers areas between Haverfordwest and Monmouthshire, with our office base for this role being Cwmbran.
* Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days or you can work compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight.

* 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 30 days with length of service
* It is essential for the successful candidate to have a full drivers licence.

What skills and experience do you need?
• City & Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent) in bricklaying (or significant experience)
• Practical experience in bricklaying, ideally in domestic or refurbishment settings
• Essential experience in slabbing, laying patios, and paths
• Confidence working in empty properties and people’s homes with a professional, courteous approach
• Willingness to support other trades (e.g., basic plumbing, plastering, carpentry)
• Flexible, positive attitude and strong commitment to health and safety
• Full UK driving licence
Bonus if you’ve worked in social housing or used mobile working systems – but not essential.
