Court of Protection Paralegal Location: Reading (Hybrid) Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (DOE)An excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a supportive and growing Court of Protection team. You will assist fee earners with a varied caseload while providing a high-quality service to clients, including vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting fee earners with case management and administrationAssisting with financial tasks, including payments and budgetingPreparing legal documents, forms, and basic correspondenceLiaising with clients and third partiesMaintaining accurate records and case files
About You
Previous Paralegal or relevant experienceExperience supporting vulnerable individuals (essential)Strong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage workloads independently and as part of a teamGood IT skills and attention to detail
