Overview
Customer Service Administrator role at Maxi Haulage. This is an exciting role available due to a colleague leaving to travel. You will be trained on all aspects of customer service and administration to ensure the smooth running of our depot, with customer satisfaction as a priority.
Responsibilities
* Learn all elements of customer service and administration to ensure smooth depot operations
* Handle driver debriefs and respond to customer queries
* Potentially assist with customs entry and exit paperwork
* Liaise with other depots to maintain and exceed high standards
What skills you require
* Eagerness to learn new skills, a can-do attitude
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong organisational skills, adherence to deadlines and workload prioritisation
* PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
* Ability to problem solve while remaining calm
Working pattern and location
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00
Based at Heathcote Depot, Warwick. Flexible working pattern may be required to meet operational requirements due to business needs.
