Role Description
We are seeking a skilled part 2 Architectural Designer or an Architectural Technologist for a full-time on-site role located in London. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and developing architectural solutions for innovative modular housing projects, supported by ZED PODS’ sustainable and zero-carbon standards. The role also involves project management from concept to delivery, participation in planning and building compliance processes, and collaboration with internal teams for the integration of advanced technologies into designs.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with an emphasis on sustainable and innovative housing solutions
* Experience in Project Management, including planning, timelines, compliance, and resource coordination
* Knowledge of Software Development and Integration to incorporate advanced technologies into architectural projects
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and volumetric modular designs
* Proficiency in relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field is required
* Previous experience in modular housing or zero-carbon projects is highly advantageous
