**Technical Sales Manager – Market Leading Construction - London**
We are currently recruiting for a market leading construction company who are known for their exceptional service to customers and have experienced huge amounts of growth. Due to that growth, they are looking to expand their team in London (territory can be based around the right person) with someone who is experienced in specification, proactive in their approach and keen to progress their career and earnings!
Role:
You will be responsible for -
* Build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities with Contractors, Architects and decision makers.
* Win profitable work, with a focus on high-value, bespoke projects.
* Use your network, commercial acumen, and initiative to identify new routes to market and secure long-term partnerships.
* Source and write specifications and collate calculations.
* Deliver a range of CPD’s and company presentations.
* Shape the commercial direction to directly influence sales strategy, CPD development and market positioning.
* Maintain regular contact and develop relationships with your client base.
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will -
* Has experience of specification sales within building materials/construction.
* Commercially strong who can discuss targets, budgets, and margins.
* Self-reliant, motivated, hands-on and resilient.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Self-motivated and results driven.
* Able to build strong customer relationships.
Package:
* Basic Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (negotiable based on experience)
* Bonus – UNCAPPED (OTE £30-50K first year)
