The Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant You’ll take full ownership of your desk and enjoy variety every day — from client development and relationship building, to candidate sourcing and placements. It’s a dynamic, fulfilling role that offers real opportunity for personal and professional growth. Your responsibilities will include: Developing new business through outbound sales calls to schools and educational settings Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand hiring needs Attending client meetings, school visits, and local networking events Sourcing, attracting, and interviewing high-quality teaching and support staff Matching candidates to suitable roles and managing the placement process Maintaining a strong candidate pool and accurate client database Meeting targets and KPIs aligned with your progression goals Collaborating with compliance and sales support teams to ensure smooth onboarding Who We’re Looking For If you’re motivated by results and thrive in a buzzing, target-driven environment, this could be the perfect fit.
