Job Description Summary:
Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Senior Manager of Business Operations to lead the business operations functions of our growing business in the UK. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring our operating model functions effectively, enabling the business to scale with confidence and clarity. You will act as a key partner to the Market Lead, supporting the execution of strategy and serving as a trusted advisor to translate vision into operational delivery. You will work across commercial and operational teams to ensure alignment, support execution, and turn insights into action to drive performance and growth. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities

* Insights-Driven Decision Making - Leverage data and business intelligence to drive informed decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and support executive-level planning.
* Strategic Support for Commercial Execution - Partner with segment leads across Enterprise, SMB and Consumer to provide insights and support, enabling growth, market responsiveness, and improved customer experience.
* Performance Management - Define and leverage key metrics to monitor performance, identify issues, and support outcome-driven decision making across each business line (merchant and consumer).
* Lead Operating Rhythms - Own and lead the operating rhythms of the market, including operating reviews and performance reviews. Ensure consistency, insight, and accountability across all review cadences.
* Cross-functional Alignment - Drive strong collaboration between Product, Marketing, Finance, Analytics and Revenue Operations functions to ensure alignment and operational execution of GTM initiatives.
* Operational Risk & Compliance - Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (BaFin, PSD2, AML) and strengthen operational resilience.
* Operating Model Governance - Ensure the markets operating model is functioning effectively, aligning teams, systems, and resources to support strategic goals.
* Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and develop a capable and driven Business Operations team. Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and clarity.
* Strategic Partnership with Country GM - Work closely with the Market leader as a trusted advisor —supporting strategy execution, managing key initiatives, and helping connect day-to-day operations with long-term business objectives. ________________________________________ Key Requirements
* 8+ years in senior business operations or general management roles, ideally within fast-growing tech environments or consulting
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex operating models, initiatives end to end and cross-functional collaboration
* Clear and confident communicator, with a proven ability to provide clarity to stakeholders at all levels, particularly in high-paced or ambiguous situations
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support go-to-market teams with operational insights, challenging norms and initiating recommendations for change.
* Adept at using data and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Salesforce) to drive decision-making
* Proven ability to lead teams and drive alignment in dynamic, high-change environments
* Fluent English required

* Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.
* Utilize internal and external data to provide actionable insights for business growth.


Minimum Qualifications:

* Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
