Overview: We are seeking a permanent Deputy Nursing Home Manager for our medium-sized, purpose-built nursing home in Port Glasgow, catering to the elderly and those living with dementia. Our home features a strong senior management team and is looking to improve its current grades.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the overall management and operation of the nursing home
2. Provide leadership and support to the nursing and care staff
3. Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements
4. Mixture of clinical and supernumerary shifts
Requirements:
1. NMC PIN
2. Experience in senior nursing or management level within a nursing home
3. Excellent communication and clinical skills
4. Strong commitment to improving care quality
