Role: Lead Consultant (HubSpot) Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Remote (must be eligible to work in the UK/Ireland) Reports to: Senior Lead Consultant Salary Range : £45,000 - £50,000 We’re marketing automation specialists for Salesforce and HubSpot, helping marketing teams get the most out of their tech. We’re a small but growing team of 20, and everyone plays a big part in pushing the business forward. This role is a chance to take ownership of exciting projects, support our Delivery team, and play a key part in the next stage of our growth. What the role looks like As a Lead Consultant at MarCloud, you’ll be taking the lead on client accounts, driving their marketing automation and CRM projects forward. You’ll be responsible for making sure these projects run smoothly and deliver results, while also working closely with the wider team to grow accounts and keep clients happy. You’ll also help champion our values, support the growth of the team, and work closely with leadership to shape how we manage both clients and projects. We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills in HubSpot and a real understanding of how businesses can use it to achieve their goals. You’ll be the one spotting the best solutions for clients and helping them get real value from the platform. You’ll also collaborate with other consultants to come up with smart solutions, troubleshoot challenges, and keep projects moving in the right direction. Key Responsibilities Client management & consultancy: Build strong relationships, understand client needs, and provide strategic advice to help shape their marketing automation and CRM roadmap. Project management: Juggle multiple projects, stay organised, keep everything on track, and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders. Demos & prototyping: Work with sales to show clients how our solutions can solve their challenges. Project sign-off: Support the commercial team in reviewing and signing off technical proposals so projects can move forward smoothly. Key Skills Required: Strong hands-on experience across all HubSpot Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations). Experience with CRM data management, segmentation, reporting, and dashboard creation. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions for clients. Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in clear business language. Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using data to improve marketing and sales performance. Solid understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and data syncs between HubSpot and other systems. Demonstrated expertise in implementing inbound marketing strategies, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle campaigns. Proven ability to design, build, and optimise end-to-end workflows, automation, and integrations within HubSpot. Desirable: Exposure to other marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce Pardot, Marketo, or Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its integration with HubSpot. Experience in RevOps strategy, including sales enablement and customer success operations. Knowledge of advanced reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and their use with HubSpot data. Agency experience delivering HubSpot solutions for multiple clients across industries. HubSpot certifications across multiple Hubs.
