About the Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Hub Manager who’s ready to be on the front line — welcoming players, driving membership, and making sure every visit leaves people wanting more. You’ll play a key role in building a thriving padel community from the ground up.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Hub Manager with the day-to-day running of the hub, including:
* * Creating and managing staff rotas
* Handling membership queries and ensuring members feel valued
* Assisting with event planning for tournaments, socials, and open days
* Delivering an exceptional experience for members, players, and guests
* Managing bookings and keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly
* Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
* Actively promoting the hub to grow participation and membership
* Ensuring smooth operations and high standards across the venue

Qualifications
* Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role (hospitality, leisure, or sport)
Required Skills
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* A proactive, hands-on approach — willing to roll up your sleeves
* Strong organisational skills for scheduling, planning, and follow-through
* Great communication skills and the ability to inspire a team
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and events
* An interest in sport — padel knowledge is a bonus but not essential
