* Outbound lead qualification & registration
* Liaising with the Client/Stakeholders regularly
* Handling all customer interactions promptly, friendly, and professionally

Qualifications
* Experience in the automotive industry, ideally related to parts, products, and catalogues
* A passion for delivering first-class customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
* Proven record of providing internal and external customer service
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed
* Team player
* Technically savvy – understanding of the internet, smartphones, and applications is advantageous
* IT literate with good PC skills
* Committed to working towards individual and team goals
Additional Information
Operational Hours: Monday – Friday 0800 – 1600 or 0900 - 1700
