Senior Care Assistant – This is a 39 hour post with the possibility of increasing those hours if required.
The post will include some Night shifts but will includes weekends and bank holidays. There will also be an on call rota as a requirement for this role.
The rotas are done 4 weeks in advance so all staff have plenty of notice of which shifts they will be working.
Our staff are recruited for their caring and considerate nature, in the knowledge that each of them plays a crucial role in our residents welfare.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
* Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Care Assistant
* The candidate must have QCF Level 3 qualifications.
* Bloomfield requires two references.
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Bloomfield also expects the candidate to fund their DBS which would be refunded after a successful probationary period.
* The candidate must be able to work as part of a team and alone, and have good leadership skills.
* Must be a motivated individual with a genuine passion for working in the care sector
