Digital Journey and Performance Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Journey and Performance Manager to join our Direct Wealth Go-to-market (GTM) team. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end journeys for our consumer wealth products, providing insights and analysis to enhance the customer experience and improve overall performance.

Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive customer journeys, collaborating with stakeholders across Digital and Centres of Excellence (CoE), and integrating feedback into Customer Strategy. A strong passion for data and numbers is essential to maximize the effectiveness of our activities.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Develop and manage the end-to-end customer journey for our wealth products.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders across Digital and CoE to influence and optimize each step of the journey.
3. Identify capability gaps and lead upskilling initiatives within Marketing teams.
4. Build relationships and influence teams across GTM, Digital, Data, and CoE.
5. Summarize journey performance data and present insights to stakeholders.
6. Define, create, and monitor journey dashboards; establish and manage OKRs.
7. Implement incremental improvements through testing hypotheses.
8. Drive and track the journey improvement roadmap.
9. Evaluate customer journeys and report findings to the GTM Lead.
10. Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for marketing excellence.
11. Apply excellent commercial acumen and numerical skills.
12. Proven experience in journey management or related fields.
13. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
14. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
15. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
16. Experience with digital marketing and customer strategy.
What you’ll get for this role:
* Salary: Circa £50,000 in the UK, Circa £60,000 in London (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
