Role: Administrator
Duration: 3 Month Contract (possibility to extend)

Hours: 8am-4pm

Salary: £12.60 per hour
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly evolving organisation at the forefront of tech-driven logistics and eCommerce solutions. With ongoing investment in systems and infrastructure, this team is implementing new tools to enhance billing accuracy and customer transparency. They have a fantastic office with a canteen and a café. Parking is available on site
What You’ll Do:
* Upload and maintain courier toll rates in the system
* Set up new drivers on the system and ensure all information is up to date and compliant
* Maintain and validate the VAT certificate log, ensuring each driver’s documentation is correct and verified
* Communicate regularly with the depot manager and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of payments
* Be based in the Liverpool office 4 days a week initially, with potential to move to a hybrid model (2 days in office) after onboarding
Who You Are:
* A meticulous and self sufficient administrator with excellent attention to detail
* Confident navigating high volumes of data
* Organised, proactive and comfortable liaising with team members across the business, including depot managers
* Comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive, fast-paced team
