Home 1st Planned Care is looking for a motivated, compassionate Band 3 Rehabilitation Assistant to join our forward‑thinking team in Milton Keynes — and we think it might be you.

You’ll be at the heart of community and inpatient rehabilitation, working alongside Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and a vibrant multidisciplinary team.
