The role is graded H12 · £25,185 pro rata · £13.05 per hour, working 15 hours per week across split shifts between 6:30 and 18:00, 44 weeks per year (with additional holiday hours totalling 75 hours across summer, Christmas, Easter and half-terms).As the main keyholder, you will be responsible for the security, safety and day-to-day maintenance of the school site — opening and closing the building, responding to alarm call-outs, overseeing heating systems, liaising with contractors, and keeping the grounds in excellent order.
