Employment Solicitor (NQ – 3 PQE) Location: Hassocks, West Sussex A highly regarded law firm in West Sussex is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified to 3 years’ PQE Employment Solicitor to join its established and growing Employment Law team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior employment lawyer to develop rapidly, working with a high‑quality employer‑focused client base, including UK and international businesses, while receiving outstanding training and mentorship. The Role: Working closely with experienced Employment Solicitors, you will be involved in a broad and varied employment law caseload, including: Advising employers on contentious and non‑contentious employment law matters Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements Providing day‑to‑day HR and employment law advice to clients Delivering employment law training sessions and seminars to clients Supporting clients on complex and sensitive employment issues The firm places a strong emphasis on training, supervision and career development, making this an excellent role for an Employment Solicitor looking to progress quickly.
