Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Business Analyst on complex change or technology initiatives Proven experience managing and engaging senior stakeholders across business and technical teams Demonstrable experience working on technology transformation projects, including system or process change Experience working within the public sector is advantageous, with an understanding of governance and delivery frameworks Responsibilities: Engage and manage stakeholders across business and technology teams Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit business needs and requirements Analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories Analyse current-state processes, systems and pain points Define and validate future-state processes aligned to transformation goals Identify gaps, impacts and dependencies between current and future states Collaborate with architects and technical teams to shape fit-for-purpose solutions Validate solution designs against business requirements and constraints Support backlog management, prioritisation and ongoing requirement refinement Clarify requirements during delivery and manage change effectively Define acceptance criteria and support testing and UAT activities Identify business impacts and support change management and adoption Support data, reporting and migration requirements as required Maintain documentation, traceability, risks and issues throughout delivery Support go-live readiness, post-implementation review and benefits realisation Technologies: Support More: We are a global workforce solutions partner, committed to creating inclusive, dynamic, and future-ready workplaces.
