1st Line Support Engineer
Leeds - 3 days office 2 remote per week
£20,000 - £30,000 D.o.E
Our client is a much loved, high growth D2C lifestyle brand. They are a + £50m turnover business who are growing quickly by expanding their product ranges and launching into new international territories.
This is a company who works at pace - no day is the same, and the successful candidate will be happy to roll up their sleeves up and meet challenges head on.
As part of their growth they are now seeking a junior IT support Engineer who will report into the transformation manager and to be the first point of contact for the business as well as providing support for the roll out of business change.
You'll be a can excellent communicator and have a 'can do' attitude.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining system access - IT security.
* Managing the IT inventory, ordering equipment and Troubleshooting.
* Working alongside our third-party IT provider.
* General onsite IT support, password resets.
* Supporting development within Shopify.
* Technical support for future projects and system maintenance.
* Supporting with the errors within the integrator flows between systems.
