Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand voice. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities. Effectively manage brand ambassadors and define clear goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Analyse social media performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering community engagement. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Assist in public relations efforts by promoting events, announcements, and newsworthy content through social media channels. Any other duties role may involve. Person Specification: 2 years proven experience in social media management and content creation is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools is a plus. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through digital platforms.
