Senior Manager, Indirect Tax

The Role:
* Take ownership of indirect tax matters including VAT advisory, risk management, and transaction-related support
* Provide practical, commercially focused VAT advice that addresses client challenges effectively
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, delivering a high standard of service
* Ensure the successful delivery of VAT advice, maintaining both technical accuracy and a commercial perspective
* Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely, providing straightforward, jargon-free solutions
* Review VAT returns and technical work prepared by junior team members, ensuring quality and compliance
* Support the development of junior staff through coaching, mentoring, and training
* Contribute to a diverse range of VAT projects, embracing varied and dynamic advisory work
About You:
* CTA qualified and/or technically strong, with excellent communication skills
* Prior professional services experience, and experience in managing a portfolio of clients
* Holds broad VAT experience, including advisory, across a diverse range of sectors
* Demonstrates originality in thinking and is proactive in contributing ideas and perspectives
* Motivated to achieve fast-tracked career progression and long-term growth
* Skilled in delivering efficient, risk-focused VAT due diligence reviews in fast-paced environments
* Experienced in managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients
