We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic Driver Planner to join our Planning Team. You will be responsible for helping new drivers develop into efficient, successful Engineius drivers by providing support and on‑the‑job training, whilst using our in‑house software platform to plan and distribute movements intelligently to drivers who move around the UK on public transport.

Key Responsibilities
* Guide new drivers through their onboarding program after their initial induction.
* Provide support and on‑the‑job training to enable new drivers to become competent and self‑sufficient.
* Monitor driver performance and provide timely feedback and coaching.
* Support the wider planning team with Transporters, Contracted drivers and replanning due to last‑minute changes.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, manage email communications, and update internal systems as required.
What Characteristics Are We Looking For?

o Experience in transport planning.
o Highly computer literate and comfortable learning new IT systems.
o Proven attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
o Strong geographical knowledge of mainland UK.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Can‑do attitude, willingness to explore new approaches and learn from both successes and setbacks.
o Proven ability to manage time effectively and stay highly organised.
o Proactive in taking responsibility and adapting to new responsibilities in a growing business.

o Some public transport knowledge/experience is advantageous but not essential.
