Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone who requires support to achieve their goals and outcomes – whatever they may be!
Each person we support has different support requirements. As a Support Worker you may assist them with personal care, moving and handling, or positive behavioural support while expanding their social networks and connections.
Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

We would like to introduce you to Chris. Chris enjoys listening to music, seeing his friends and family, and going out for a drive. He receives support 7 days a week usually between the hours of 7am and 11:30pm. He needs dedicated support to enjoy these simple pleasures.
