Job Description A multinational logistics company are hiring a Regional Property Manager for their South England region.
Your new company Our client are a multinational logistics company with a nationwide portfolio. They are hiring a Regional Property Manager to join their central facilities & property team to deliver maintenance services, including projects, to their 'South' region. You will generally be home-based travelling to sites and working at them 3-4 days per week (can have a working base at a site close to you).
Your new role As Regional Property Manager, you will take ownership for the delivery of maintenance services and projects for 10+ large commercial sites in the south region. You will work to project assets and meet the company's business requirements as well as ensure legal responsibilities. Manage the preparation and delivery of property projects.
Manage the delivery of repair and maintenance works, as well as refurbishment and alteration projects, via preferred suppliers.
Contract management with regard to the provision of maintenance of all sites within the region.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will require a technical background and proven track record in delivering maintenance and projects to a commercial property portfolio. Formal facilities management, property construction or trade qualifications
Full UK driving license
Proven project management skills
Strong financial acumen
Ability to work under minimal supervision
