Wet Casters - Immediate Start
Location: Lound, Retford DN22
Barker Ross are recruiting for experienced Wet Casters to join a busy precast concrete manufacturing site based in Lound, Retford (DN22).
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time work with consistent hours and overtime available.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 6:00am - 2:30pm
* Saturdays paid at time and a half (after 40 hours have been completed in the week)
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and assembling moulds for concrete casting
* Pouring and finishing wet concrete to required specifications
* Vibrating, levelling, and smoothing concrete
* Stripping moulds and carrying out quality checks on finished products
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in wet casting or precast concrete is essential
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Good understanding of health and safety procedures
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
This is a hands-on role suited to candidates with experience in concrete production who are looking for stable, long-term work.
