Fabulous Food Pub - Sensational Holly Blue
Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of superb community pubs, and located just off M3 Jct 7 on the outskirts of Basingstoke, The Holly Blue is the perfect reflection of a traditional country pub. Completed in 2020 the new build is in the style of a traditional Hampshire farmhouse - treating guests to great food and drink in a wonderfully relaxed setting. Dog friendly, as every great pub should be, the Holly Blue occupies a commanding position at the gateway to a growing new community.
We are looking to appoint a new Head Chef to lead the team in this amazing high energy kitchen.

Qualifications
* A highly organized and skilled Head Chef with experience in high end standard fayre
* Someone that enjoys the buzz in the spotlight of a busy prestige kitchen
* A serious chef that cares - who is motivated and determined to achieve excellence with your team
* Dependable and resilient, able to keep calm and reasoned under pressure
* Competent in all aspects of kitchen administration
* Highly proficient in food safety and hygiene regulations including allergens
* Able to work to precise specifications for cooking and presentation, without deviation
* A kind and inspirational leader able to influence, motivate and build great teams
* Diligent about compliance
* Able to reliably manage the commute, days, evenings and weekends
* Seeking an employer that recognizes and rewards commitment and talent
Previous experience and knowledge of leading operations in a managed pub or restaurant service is a big advantage.
