Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the preparation, review, and maintenance of our managed partner set (MPS) made up of country-specific government and political data.
* Partner with regional partner managers to review the MPS books and provide recommendations based on company policy and guidelines.
* Prepare manual lists based on desk research and workbooks of government and political data.
* Complete QA processes to review the completeness and accuracy of workbooks.
* Leverage data & analytics skills to review data at scale.
* Upload data to CRM.
* Collaborate with the team to review and update data during elections, ad-hoc requests, and escalations.
* Support includes extracting, reviewing, and preparing data for upload into the MPS from upstream data sets and manual lists.
* Ensure partner data and processes are compliant with company policies and support equitable partner support in government and elections.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to test system updates, monitor data pipeline signals, identify issues, and ensure technical execution aligns with business goals.
* Analyze support flows, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend process, policy, and product improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Track and analyze operational metrics to understand the support ecosystem and identify areas for optimization.
Minimum Qualifications
* 5-10 years of experience in data operations or leading large-scale global projects or programs.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
* Experience analyzing data to derive business insights, reviewing dashboards and reports for accuracy.
* Practical experience querying SQL databases.
* Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) to extract, manipulate, and interpret data for business insights and data pipeline monitoring.
