With over two decades of experience, this dynamic practice has continued their success enabling them to open a few offices across the UK, whilst cultivating a talented team of Architects, Technologists, and Architectural Assistants. Over the years, the practice has gained a strong reputation for their bold and modernist approach to transforming buildings and surrounding communities across a range of sectors such as residential, commercial, and workplaces. With exciting projects in the pipeline, they are seeking a passionate Revit Technician to join the team in Liverpool.
The successful Revit Technician will have several years of post-qualification experience, proficiency with Revit, a diverse portfolio of projects, and a keen eye for detail and design flair.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Revit Technician:
1. HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or related subject
2. Several years of post-qualification experience in a UK based Architectural Practice
3. Experience working on residential projects of varying scales
4. Proficiency in Revit is essential
5. Excellent technical detailing and drawings
6. Confident liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
7. Produce high quality, accurate tender and construction packages
8. Job running experience
9. Able to hit the ground running, working independently
10. Motivated for continued professional development
11. Keen to input to company success
12. Excellent attentiveness to detail
13. Live locally to Liverpool
