SEN Teaching Assistant (Year 3 - 1:1 SEMH, ASD & Behaviour Support) Location: Rugby, CV22 Weekly Rate: £455-£480 Start Date: 01/09/2025 Hours: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Contract: Long Term to Permanent We're recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Rugby (CV22). This full-time role involves providing 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, including autism, attachment difficulties, and dysregulation. You'll be working closely with one child who requires consistency, emotional support, and calm guidance to thrive throughout the day. A nurturing, patient, and trauma-informed approach is essential, alongside the ability to adapt to changing needs and behaviours.
