* Carry out the maintenance, fault finding and repairs of fire and security systems
* Although predominantly service work will be allocated a small amount of installation / day work may be required depending on work loads
* Programming and testing of newly installed devices
* Completion of installation and commissioning documentation
* Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manor and in accordance with company Health & Safety Policy
* Accurate completion of monthly timesheets
* Liaise with customers and other contractors when required
* Correctly store and maintain company issued tools and equipment
* Ensure suitable levels of stock are carried on the vehicles
* Report any failures or deficiencies to line manager
* Attend training courses when required
* Supervise and mentor trainee engineers when required
* Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times
