A respected and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a proactive and client-focused individual to join their busy property department in a key front-facing role. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing new enquiries, and supporting the smooth onboarding of clients. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming business, working closely with senior team members to allocate new matters and ensure clients receive a seamless experience from the outset. The role involves a blend of client interaction, administrative coordination, and relationship development with external partners.
Duties
* Handling initial enquiries and providing quotations
* Coordinating new instructions and assigning work across the team
* Building and maintaining relationships with third-party contacts
* Opening and managing client files in line with regulatory standards
* Supporting fee earners and legal assistants with case progression
* Monitoring client satisfaction and assisting with file closure
* Contributing to continuous improvement of client service delivery
* General administrative support and other duties as required
About you
You'll bring a strong mix of communication skills, commercial awareness, and organisational ability. A background in sales, property, or legal services is beneficial, along with a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in delivering excellent client care.
Requirements
* Solid academic foundation, including Maths and English
* Experience in business development, customer service, or property-related roles
* Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
